today is duathlon day!
me and lihong managed to clinch the 4th place out of 8 pairs and the great thing is that they give medals to top 5. haha. but those really pro people joined men/women instead of mixed. or else we wont have any chance of winning.
and we are both down with injuries. he sprained his ankle and hurt his knee while i got trip by this guy just when i started running. it hurts but i quickly stand up and complete 3km with my bleeding leg. anyway, i did run the other 3km after he cycle back and it was not that painful, thanks to the excellent first aid help given by the OAC girl. well, he cycled damn fast or we wont have ended up 4th cos i run very slow as compared to those top runners of the road run.
feels kinda weird there cos many people i didnt know, but he knows. still they are all very friendly to me.
hope the scars go away soon.
