my back hurts like hell.
damn. i only do a little of stretching yesterday and it hurts like crazy. can really understand how liting feels. sickening pain. it feels wrong sitting at any position. ARRG. thanks to my dear dear for teaching me how to take care of my back =)
was just wondering over this week just how much one will do to fight for what she/he wants? but sometimes it doesnt matter what others think right?
hmmm. if only, they can be more understanding.
