time flies.
the past week have been exhausting.
and many people in class fall sick/hurt themselves.
hope everyone gets alright soon (:
tomorrow's my brother's 21st birthday. had wanted to get him something but after reaching tampines mall and looking at the crowd, i decided not to buy anything and head home after all. it's pretty bad but then again i hate the crowd. thinking about it, my brothers all got me stuff for my birthday but i didnt get them anything. how great a sister can i get?
sometimes i really dont know what i'm doing/thinking. as a result i end up doing stupid things/forgetting certain things. my father says i need to focus and not wander my mind around. yesh. i hope i can. psycho-ing may work.
do you understand the feeling about running away from reality and pretending everything's fine? many times i hope it never happened but as the harsh reality of life struck you, you have to admit that no matter what, the problem will always be there. i may pretend the problem never existed but i dont pretend how i feel. i always believe in living happily. and if i get upset about something, i will never bottle up my feelings.
i'm discharged from physio but i think i will never gained the courage to jump far. counted all my medical bills and it adds up to 300 plus plus, still counting since i have doctor appointment next week. i realised it's not the money that matters, but the soreness of my ankle which i have to bear throughout my life. but it wont stop me from running.
you know who are the most amzing people in the world?
i think that the parents/loved ones who stand by their physically disabled children/loved ones are the most amazing people in this world. and of course, the strong determination of the disabled people to live in this world is admirable. they have to overcome their own physical barrier plus the stigma they received from the society. it's really not easy.
