I'm getting kind of tired thinking about which university to go to. There are so many things to ponder on, to think about and I'll usually ended up being indecisive.

So, is following your heart more important or being realistic? I wrote down reasons why and why not should I go XXX university and it really doesnt lead me to anywhere. Haha. Oh well, there's still time and that's fine. For now.

Recently an adult mentioned to me that asking a 19 year old to make decision on what they want to be doesn't seem ideal for even some adults in the 40 to 50s are still pondering over what really suits them in life.

Of course many of us will wish for a high flying career, earning big bucks and affording some if not all of the luxuries in life. But I wonder if prestige and wealth can really provide one with meaningness and most importantly happiness in life. I saw people in my office slogging hard for their work, complaining about the endless deadlines they have to met when efforts are acredited to those who stay back after their normal working hour. They live day after day doing the same old things....

Maybe, striking a balance helps but it's always easier said than done.
